Introduction to the SEE Project
The SEE project aims to create a European mini-company to promote local ecological and historical heritage. This company, supported by students undertaking Professional Baccalaureate qualifications in Business Administration, Retail, Sales, and Hospitality, develops an offering of eco-responsible services and products intended for local authorities, businesses, and educational establishments.
SEE is a European mini-company created to enable students to learn, undertake and collaborate on an international scale. This project is linked to our Erasmus+ programme, which brings together four countries around a common objective: to develop entrepreneurial, digital and linguistic skills.
Project Objectives
Biodiversity Protection
Raise awareness about the protection of local biodiversity and heritage through concrete and educational actions.
Entrepreneurial Pedagogy
Develop an inter-sectoral and European entrepreneurial pedagogy to train the citizens of tomorrow.
Digital Tools
Promote the use of modern digital tools: ERP, website, and mobile application.
Eco-responsible Products
Design and sell environmentally friendly and sustainable services and products.
Activities integrated into SEE Junior
Educational Trails
Creation of ecological educational paths with QR code panels, interactive games, and innovative teaching materials to raise public awareness.
Website & Mobile Application
Development of the SEE website and application to present the trails, inform, and raise public awareness of ecology.
Sustainable Products
Manufacture and sale of birdhouses, insect hotels, ecological games, children's stories, and artisanal recycled objects.
Communication & Events
Organisation of awareness days, dissemination on social media, and active participation in professional trade fairs.
International Co-operation
Collaborative work with Erasmus+ partners in Spain, Norway, and the Czech Republic to enrich the project.
Business Model: The SCOP
The SEE mini-enterprise adopts the SCOP (Société Coopérative) model to promote shared governance and the active participation of pupils in all decisions.
Pupils democratically elect leaders and manage the various departments according to the fundamental values of co-operation, sustainability, and social inclusion.

Main Activity
Service provision for local authorities, businesses and schools: design and installation of educational trails, creation of communication materials, educational activities.

Provisional Project Timeline

Project launch, individual interviews and formation of departmental work teams.

Intensive production development: Odoo configuration, communication strategy, mobile application development.

Talent Identification
The session aims to identify students' talents, aptitudes, and motivations to form teams.
Positioning
Each student positions themselves within a department, and then for a role, using the positioning questionnaire.
Democratic Election
Management positions are democratically elected according to the cooperative principle of the SCOP.
